If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Workhorse, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. The limited warranty term is 30-day beginning on the date of purchase or order. You must provide a copy of your packing slip/order with the item(s) listed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
For online and phone orders:
- If you do not have a proof of purchase, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Service at 1 (888) 433-6631, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5:00pm (CST). Please provide your name, order number and a brief description of the reason(s) for the return.
- If returning by mail, please obtain a Return Authorization as outlined above
